Cocoa Programming My latest book, Cocoa Programming: A Quick-Start Guide for Developers introduces experienced developers to the tools and techniques of programming Mac OS X. Article Writing

PragPubI’ve written well over a hundred technology articles for a dozen sites including Apple’s ADC Website, ONJava and java.net. I wrote a monthly columns including the Core Java Technology Tech Tips and the Get a Life series. I’m also frequently asked to provide conference and keynote coverage. This began with coverage of JavaOne for JavaWorld Magazine and of Steve Jobs keynotes for The O’Reilly Network.

Editing

java.net I edited more than twenty books for The Pragmatic Programmers and was the founding editor for java.net where I blogged daily. I’ve edited O’Reilly’s ONJava.com and the IBM developerWorks’ site the Java Zone.

Dear Elena

Dear ElenaDear Elena The most important thing I’ve ever written is the Dear Elena blog. It is memories of my daughter and thoughts on my family. More than anything else, I wish I hadn’t had to write it. I’d prefer to still be grinding coffee and making multi-color pancakes with Elena at my side.
